Europe Trip
MSA had a wonderful trip to Turkey with 4 students and 2 teachers.
"Traveling to Turkey was an amazing experience. I had so much fun and learned a lot about the culture. The food was great as well, even though they wouldn't stop feeding us. I tasted a variety of dishes and loved them all. The people were so nice and very hospitable. Staying at dormatories was exciting as well. I met many girls and made many friends. The funny part was that they all asked for our facebooks. We also visited many primary schools and the kids were so adorable. They all greeted us and it was nice to know that they really wanted to talk to us.
Even though I was there for only nine days I learned to speak a little bit of the language. Usually I see the foreigners come to America, but I was nice to trade places and be a tourist myself. We visited many historical places, tried different types of food, did so many fun activities, and of course had a lot of fun. As a tourist bargaining was something I needed to learn. Although in the beginning the teachers helped us with bargaining, I have to admit that in the end all four of us student were pretty good at it. Turkey was a beautiful place and someday I would love to go back. "
